We're thrilled to have you join us in Gatlinburg for what promises to be a memorable vacation. To make sure your stay is nothing short of perfect, we'd like to share a few friendly guidelines we've crafted with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.

A Friendly Guide to Our Policies:
 

Age Requirement:

We welcome guests 27 years and older to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all. Age verification upon arrival.

 

Pet Policy:

Feel free to bring along up to 2 furry friends, weighing together no more than 50lbs.

We kindly ask that your pets are up-to-date on their vaccinations for everyone's safety.

A small pet fee of $80 applies, helping us keep our cabins pristine for pet lovers like you.

When you're out exploring, we suggest crating your pets for their comfort and safety. We've found that most pet damage occurs when dogs are not caged and start chewing at the door frames, etc. because they are scared being left in a  new place alone, and  try escaping by chewing/biting, etc. Things they'd never do at home.  So keep that in mind when planning your trip.. NOTE: poundage or dog amounts that more  than our guidelines,  pricing will be figured manually .

 

Cancellation Policy:

Life happens! If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund for changes made more than 30 days before check-in.. Reservations canceled  14-30 days out will get 1/2 back.

We're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days before arrival, but we're here to help find a solution that works for you.

 

Booking and Fees:

A deposit secures your spot, with the balance due 14 days before your adventure begins.

We have a modest reservation and cleaning fee to ensure everything is just right for your arrival.

Let's keep our cabins beautiful together! Additional cleaning charges may apply if cabins are left in a condition that requires extra attention.

In the rare event of a hiccup, we reserve the option to find you an equally charming cabin if needed.

 

Important Reminders:

Please complete and return all necessary paperwork before your stay to ensure a smooth check-in.

For everyone's security, we ask that access codes are kept within your guest group.

Accidents happen, but we trust you'll take great care of your cabin. Should anything break or go missing, we'll handle it with understanding and charge only what's necessary.

Winter Travel:

Gatlinburg is beautiful in winter, but the weather can be unpredictable. We encourage you to prepare accordingly and, regrettably, cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather.

For the comfort of all guests, RVs are not permitted in our gated community.
