RENTAL POLICIES

◙ PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED : Visa , MasterCard. Discover, money order, 
◙ PAYMENT : Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date . 
◙ RESERVATION * There is a $ 25.00 reservation fee on all cabins. 
•Only Reservations that are cancelled 30 days or
•More prior to the arrival date are eligible for refund.
•If cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date No Refund is issued.
•$ 50.00 Administrative fee on all Refunds.
•Cancellation Policy 
•1 - 4 Bedrooms you have to cancel 1 month prior to arrival date .
•5- 8 Bedrooms you have to cancel 2 months prior to arrival date .
•If you cancel within the time period you may reschedule for same cabin term of 2 months from original arrival date     
•After the 2 months passed no reschedule no Refunds . If you cancel past the time limit listed above  No Refunds at all
• If Guest checks in and does not stay in cabin NO REFUNDS AT ALL .
• Early Check-Out  No Refunds for any reason .
• If proper notice is not given as stated above you will not receive any refund or be able to reschedule .
• Any reservations made on the day of arrival or up to 30 days into the future , are not eligible for a Refund.
◙ NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS 
Deposit : A one night deposit is required when booking reservation unless 
Holiday dates then a 2 night deposit is required. If booking with in
14 days of arrival whole balance is due at time of booking cabin.
* The pet fee for our units is $75..NON-Refundable. . 
◙ Upon Check In : Any Non-Working appliances must be turned in after check-in , 
So we have a chance to fix any problems at that time .
Also , any non- working items or problems of any kind , must be called in at least on the day of check-in .
No Refunds for any items non-working 
Hot Tub , Jacuzzi, Gas Fireplace, Heat or A/C 
Once office is notified a repair man will be called .
◙ Damage Policy  The renter is responsible for any damages / stolen items during 
their stay . Outback will contact you with any charges that
Renter will pay due to the damages during stay.
◙ Change in units : If there is a problem that occurs in the chalet , that cannot be 
Fixed in a timely manner , we reserve the right to move you to
Another unit of equal value.
◙ Winter Months : Nov- March- Come prepared with chains / 4 wheel drive.
NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER. 
◙ Keys : The key to each unit is in lock box or On door key pad 
Outback will give all door codes to renter after all paperwork

LOST KEY IS $ 25.00 FEE 
◙ Cleaning Fee : All cabins have cleaning fee of $125. If additional cleaning is required or 
Any furniture is moved a extra fee will be charged to all guests.
◙ Christmas Tress : Trees and lights are not guaranteed in any cabin it is up to 
Homeowner to put decoration in cabins.
◙ Paperwork : All paperwork must be filled out and return prior to check-in or 
No codes will be given to guests.
