Get ready for an unforgettable vacation at our Gatlinburg TN vacation home rentals. Before you pack your bags and head out to Gatlinburg, make sure you read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. First and foremost, please note that our cabins are exclusively for guests who are 27 years old or older. We want to ensure that our guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay, and we believe that this age requirement helps us achieve that goal. If you're planning on bringing your furry friends along for the trip, we've got you covered! We allow up to two pets per cabin, as long as they weigh no more than 50lbs combined and are up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please note that a non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund. However, if you cancel within 30 days of check-in, you will not be eligible for a refund. When booking your cabin, please keep in mind that a deposit is required, and the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Additionally, a reservation fee and cleaning fee apply. If the cabin is not left in clean condition, additional cleaning fees may apply. All paperwork must be filled out and returned prior to check-in, and no codes should be given to guests who are not part of the reservation. Please note that a $50 administrative fee applies to all refunds, and any damages will be charged to the card on file. As the renter, you are responsible for any damaged or stolen items during your stay. In the event of a problem that cannot be fixed in a timely manner, we reserve the right to move you to another unit of equal value. If you're planning on visiting during the winter months, please come prepared for winter weather. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for inclement weather.
