Description
The Victoria House located in Outback Village a 70 acre gated and pool
community. Close to everything - short distance to community pool.
Policies
To hold your reservation, one night's rent is due one week from the date the
reservation is
made. In case of cancellations and/or changes in reservations, a 90% refund or
100% credit to
another reservation will be made if notice is given as follows: for the 1-4
bedrooms, 4 weeks;
for the 5-8 bedrooms, 8 weeks. If proper notice is not given as indicated,
the deposit will be forfeited.
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m..
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. or earlier.
- ALL of our vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING!
- Management gives personal supervision to insure an enjoyable stay at Outback
Resort Rentals.
- All homes are privately owned and their prices are subject to change.
- We reserve the right to set minimum night stay requirements for certain
times and minimum occupancy requirements for certain chalets.
- Mountain roads can be tough at anytime. We do not guarantee any road surface
conditions. Most roads are well maintained but are curvy and steep. In the late
fall-winter-early spring it is common to have hazardous road conditions. It is
strongly recommended that all guests have four wheel-drive and/or chains.
Motorcycles and trailers may not be able to access every home.Winter road
conditions and maintenance are not guaranteed. We do not refund due to road
conditions. You are responsible for transportation. We cannot provide any
transportation for guests.
- All of our homes are individually owned and reflect the tastes of each
owner. This publication was compiled for information purposes only. Every effort
has been made to assure our descriptions are accurate; however, we cannot be
held responsible for changes made by owners in furnishings and equipment, or the
general condition of the rental. All efforts are made to correct any problems
you may experience in as timely a manner as possible.

 PET
POLICY: We realize that some of you would like to bring
your pets with you on vacation. Because of careless pet
owners in the past, we've had to make some firm regulations regarding
them. Pets are allowed in our units with a refundable pet
deposit of $250. Providing everything is ok after inspection of
your unit after checkout, the deposit will be mailed back to you
in it's entirety. The pet deposit must be in the form of a
separate cashier's check or money order.
(2 pet maximum, 25 pound maximum for each pet)
